Napsix connector for AI clients

One MCP server for every organization of your Napsix account. Your AI client works with your projects, tasks, agents, forms, documents, CRM and inbox, as you, within the permissions you approve.

Server URL

Add this URL as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). The client opens Napsix so you sign in, choose the organizations and approve the permissions; nothing else to configure.

https://www.napsix.com/api/mcp

Set it up

Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app)

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, add a custom connector with the server URL, then connect and approve the permissions in Napsix.

ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, add Napsix as an app (connector) with the server URL, then sign in to Napsix and approve the permissions. ChatGPT lists up to 60 tools: the domains you turn on, as many as fit.

Claude Code

Run the command below, then use /mcp inside Claude Code to sign in to Napsix and approve the permissions.

claude mcp add --transport http napsix https://www.napsix.com/api/mcp

Permissions (scopes)

Each permission opens one kind of work. Ordinary permissions come pre-selected the first time; sensitive ones stay off until you turn them on, and some ask for your second factor when you have one set up. You can change them for each connection in Napsix (My account → AI connections).

Access in each organization

  • The connector acts as you: your role and what is shared with you decide what each tool sees or changes. Guests only read and comment work shared with them.
  • Each organization's plan decides what the connector can do there: everything your role allows, reading only, or nothing. When it limits an action, the connector explains it instead of acting. The plan is managed in Napsix.
  • Sending email, replying to customers, sending campaigns, publishing posts and emitting or sending invoices always need your confirmation, and an organization can keep them as drafts.

ChatGPT connections

  • A ChatGPT connection calls only the tools its list shows.
  • It never gets the ERP tools (billing clients with their tax IDs, invoices) or the plan and usage tools.
  • Plan limits are explained with a link to this page; plans are never offered from the connector.

AI-generated media

The connector itself does not generate images, video or audio. Work you delegate to an agent runs with the tools your organization gave that agent, which may include Napsix's image or video tools; those results land in Napsix, under the organization's own settings and credits.

Your data

  • The client you connect receives only what the tools it calls return, within the permissions and organizations you approved; its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or another) processes it under its own terms.
  • Access tokens last 1 hour and refresh tokens 30 days; every connection ends at most 90 days after you authorized it, and you can revoke it at any time in My account → AI connections.
  • Every write is recorded in the organization's audit log.

Read the privacy policy (Connected AI clients)

Limits

  • Up to 120 tool calls per minute per connection; polling a run counts as a fraction of a call.
  • Results are capped at about 60,000 characters; a shortened result says truncated: true and pages with nextOffset.
  • Writes take an idempotency key, so retrying one never repeats it.
