Napsix Forms · Digital signature

Forms that
get signed.
You capture one field, AI does the rest.

Not another Typeform. Describe your form and AI builds the fields. Respondents sign for real, and every signed response becomes a PDF contract with a date, IP and cryptographic seal. Then it gets scored, enriched and routed into your CRM on its own.

The problem

Your forms only capture data.

  • !Typeform and Tally save responses to a dead spreadsheet someone has to watch.
  • !Then you copy the lead into the CRM by hand, eyeball the score and assign it late.
  • !No enrichment or scoring: every lead comes in the same, with no priority.
  • !Wiring the form to your operation needs Zapier, devs and maintenance.
Built with AI

Describe it. AI builds it.

Write what you need and XIA creates the sections, fields, options and logic — in Spanish and English. You edit it with a visual drag-and-drop builder.

  1. Describe it in one sentence

“A contact form for my real-estate agency with budget and area” — done.

  2. AI builds the blueprint

Sections, fields, validations and bilingual options generated automatically.

  3. Fine-tune it visually

Drag-and-drop builder + form, step wizard or conversational (chat with XIA) modes.

AI in the submit · The differentiator

AI acts before it routes.

Every response runs through a configurable AI layer before reaching its destination. That's what no form builder does.

  • Scores

AI assigns a fit score to the lead. Your destinations can read it: create the deal only if score ≥ 60.

  • Enriches

Fills missing data with web and integration context before saving.

  • Dedupes

Detects if the contact already exists and avoids duplicates in your CRM.

  • Classifies and summarizes

Tags the submission and leaves an executive summary of what the person asked.

  • Decides the routing

Based on the score and rules, it sends each response to the right place in your operation.

Hybrid routing

One response → your whole agentic OS.

Send each submission to one or many destinations at once. Direct, idempotent, no Zapier.

  • CRM contact

Creates or updates the contact by email, no duplicates.

  • Pipeline deal

Opens the opportunity in the stage you choose.

  • Task

Generates a task assigned to the right person.

  • Inbox

Opens an omnichannel conversation with the incoming message.

  • XIA agent

Hands the response to an agent that processes it with its tools.

  • Automation

Triggers a visual flow with the submission data.

  • Webhook

HMAC-signed POST to your external system.

  • Notification

    Pings your team in-app instantly.

Embeddable

One line and it's on your site.

Publish the form at napsix.com/f/your-form or embed it with a script. Anonymous capture, anti-spam and rate limiting included.

  • Ready-made public page or iframe on any site, Tiendanube or Shopify.
  • Drag-and-drop file uploads: PDF, Word, Excel, images.
  • Notion-style browsable responses, with scoring and CSV export.
Signature and evidence

From form to signed contract.

A form that asks for a signature and stores it as a loose image is worthless the day you have to prove something. Napsix turns every signed response into a document with a certificate, sealed with a key only our server holds.

  • A real signature, on any screen

Drawn with a finger or a mouse, in high resolution and with no drift. You can also ask for a typed full name or initials. The stroke is trimmed and stored clean.

  • The text they signed, frozen

The acceptance field shows the full contract and requires reading to the end before enabling the checkbox. That text is frozen into the response: editing the form later does not change what that person accepted.

  • PDF contract with a certificate

Every signed response produces a downloadable PDF with the answers, the accepted text, the drawn signature and a certificate page. It is filed automatically into your company's storage.

  • A seal not even you can forge

The integrity code is computed with HMAC-SHA256 and a key that lives only on our server. Nobody with database access — not your team, not us from the app — can alter a signed response and recompute the seal to match.

This is the certificate on every contract

Every time the PDF is opened, the seal is re-verified against the stored content. If anything changed, the document says so.

Napsix Forms issues an integrity record: it evidences that the content has not changed since it was signed, and logs when and from where it was signed. On its own it does not constitute a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS or ESIGN, which additionally requires the signer's identity to be verified by an accredited provider.

FAQ

What you want to know.

Is the signature legally valid?
Napsix issues an integrity record: the PDF evidences what was signed, when, from which IP and device, and carries a cryptographic seal that detects any later alteration. That covers the vast majority of commercial uses (approvals, authorizations, work orders, contracts between parties). It does not replace a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS or ESIGN, which additionally requires an accredited provider to verify the signer's identity.
What stops someone from editing a signed response?
The seal is computed with HMAC-SHA256 and a key only our server holds, over the response content, the accepted text, the moment of signing and the identity of that specific response. Without that key the seal cannot be recomputed, so altering the content from the database breaks verification and the PDF reports it. The seal also cannot be copied from one response to another.
Can I build a form from a contract I already have?
Yes. Attach the Word or PDF file in the XIA chat and ask for the form. It builds the acceptance text with the full contract, the fields to complete and the signature field at the end.
How is it different from Typeform or Tally?
They capture data; Napsix Forms gets it signed, scores it with AI and routes it into your CRM, agents and automations on its own. It's the input layer of an agentic OS, not an isolated form.
Can I embed it on my site?
Yes. You get a ready-made public page at /f/your-form, or embed it with a script on any site, Tiendanube or Shopify.
Where can a response be routed?
To a contact, deal, task, inbox, a XIA agent, an automation, a signed webhook or a notification — to one or several at once. The signed contract is also filed automatically into your company's storage.
