What does every plan include?+

What happens if I exceed my LLM credits or message limit?+
When premium credits run out, XIA Agents keeps working on free models (zero cost per token) — it never pauses. If you exceed your monthly message cap, you can buy Credit Packs ($5/$25/$100/$500) or wait for the next cycle. You get alerts at 80% and 95% of the limit.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated (you only pay for the days left in the cycle). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period — you keep the higher plan until it renews.
How is billing handled?+
In USD by Napsix Corp (USA) with an international card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Charges go through our billing partner, which also handles global tax compliance. Your card is charged in USD; your bank converts to local currency at the day's exchange rate.
Do you accept Mercado Pago or local bank transfers?+
In the MVP we only accept international cards. Mercado Pago and local payment methods are on the roadmap for tenants in countries with currency restrictions.
Do you issue AFIP Invoice A for companies in Argentina?+
Today billing is issued by Napsix Corp (USA) in USD. For AR companies that need an AFIP Invoice A, support is planned on the roadmap together with a local entity. In the meantime, you can deduct the expense as an imported service.
