Partner Program Terms

Integrations Partner Program of NapsixB2B (hereinafter, “the Program”) allows companies, marketplaces and SaaS platforms (hereinafter, “the Partner”) to propose the native integration of their applications into the public NapsixB2B catalog.

The Program is free, it requires no listing fees, exclusivity contracts or commercial minimums.

The Partner must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Be a legally incorporated company domiciled in any country.
• Be the owner or authorized representative of the app/platform being proposed for integration.
• Have a technical contact responsible for maintaining the integration.
• Have a documented REST API, a working MCP server, or an app available on our integration platform.

1. Submission: The Partner completes the form at /integraciones/partners/aplicar with contact details, technical info and logo.
2. Technical review: The NapsixB2B team reviews the proposal within a target of 5 business days.
3. Request for additional info (optional): If the proposal needs clarification, we contact the declared technical email.
4. Decision: Approval or rejection, with a written reason.
5. Publication: Once approved, the integration is added to the public catalog and announced on /novedades with the Partner's brand and logo.

NapsixB2B reserves the right to reject any proposal at its sole discretion, with no obligation to explain beyond the general reason communicated to the Partner.

By applying and upon approval, the Partner agrees to:

• Provide truthful information about its company, contacts and technical capabilities.
• Maintain reasonable availability of the integrated service (target SLA of 99% monthly).
• Notify NapsixB2B at least 30 days in advance of any breaking change to its API, endpoints or authentication policies.
• Respond to technical inquiries from the NapsixB2B team or tenants within a reasonable timeframe (target: 48 business hours for critical issues).
• Not use the integration to send spam, malware or for unlawful purposes.

NapsixB2B agrees to:

• Review proposals within reasonable timeframes (target 5 business days).
• Treat the Partner's confidential technical information with discretion and use it only for integration purposes.
• Display the Partner's brand, logo and description as provided in the proposal.
• Notify the Partner of any incident or change affecting the integration.
• Allow the Partner to request removal of the integration with 30 days' notice.

The Partner retains all rights to its brand, logo, trade name, code and APIs. Upon approval of the integration, the Partner grants NapsixB2B a non-exclusive, free and revocable license to:

• Display the logo, name and description in NapsixB2B's public catalog and news.
• Mention the Partner in institutional marketing materials (deck, website, announcements).
• Generate Partner metadata so NapsixB2B's AI agents can expose it as a tool.

NapsixB2B does NOT acquire any right over the Partner's code, IP, user data or underlying services.

Personal data collected in the form (name, email, technical role) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is retained while the integration is active or until the Partner requests its deletion.

Technical credentials (API keys, tokens, secrets) provided in the form are stored encrypted with AES-GCM on NapsixB2B's own infrastructure and are never exposed to third parties.

NapsixB2B may modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice to the Partner. Continuing the integration after 30 days implies acceptance of the new terms.

Both NapsixB2B and the Partner may request removal of the integration with 30 days' notice, except in cases of terms violation, fraud or security risk, in which removal may be immediate.

NapsixB2B does not guarantee a minimum volume of integration usage by tenants, nor that the integration will generate commercial revenue for the Partner. The integration is offered "as is" without implied warranties.

Neither party shall be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequences arising from integration failures, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
