Social DMs now land in Inbox next to WhatsApp and email. Reply from the same place, with the right account for each conversation.
DMs in Inbox
Instagram, Facebook and X share Inbox with WhatsApp, email and forms. Each conversation shows the account that handles it, and with multiple accounts of the same network connected, replies go out through the account that received the message.
