Claude Fable 5.1 now available in NapsixB2B's routing engine

Context

Anthropic released Claude Fable 5.1, an across-the-board upgrade to its Fable model line. The biggest gains land in agentic coding, long-running autonomous workflows, and knowledge work: long code refactors, front-end and visual code generation, and finance and analysis tasks. It also tends to be more concise in its plans and summaries than its predecessor.

Per Anthropic's own guidance, it's a direct drop-in upgrade wherever Fable 5 is used today, and a strong complement to Opus 5 on reasoning-heavy tasks.

What changes

• Pricing: $10 per million input tokens, $50 per million output tokens, with cache reads at $0.25/M.
• Context: 1M-token context window, with up to 128,000 completion tokens.
• Multimodal: accepts text, images, and files (PDFs) as input, returns text.
• Supports tool calling and structured outputs via JSON schema.
• Availability: served by Azure, Anthropic direct, Google Vertex, and Amazon Bedrock (the latter currently BYOK-only).
• On reference benchmarks like GPQA Diamond and TAU-Bench, auto-routing across providers delivers the best combined performance (90.9% on GPQA Diamond with auto-routing).
