Gemma 4 free for everyone + Arena rankings on Models
We added Gemma 4 31B as the predefined free model (XIA Auto) — top-3 open model on LM Arena, multimodal, 256K context. And the Models page now shows Arena scores.
We shipped three big improvements to the platform's AI models.
Gemma 4 31B, free for everyone
Google DeepMind's Gemma 4 is now Napsix's predefined free model — the engine behind XIA Auto. It's a top-3 open model on the LM Arena text leaderboard, multimodal (understands images), with 256K context, tools and reasoning. Available on every plan, at no cost.
As always, the free floor is on 24/7. If Gemma is ever unavailable, XIA automatically falls back to another free model so you're never left without an answer.
XIA Auto: don't pick among 30 models
You don't need to know which of the 30 models to use. Pick XIA Auto and we use the best free model for you. If you'd rather choose, the picker now groups models into Free, Balanced and Maximum capability.
LM Arena rankings on the Models page
At napsix.com/en/models you now see each model's Arena score: the community's objective ranking (blind voting). An independent signal to gauge how good each model is, alongside our categories.
