The meeting, end to end
Until now Agendas booked the slot and notified both sides. The two ends were missing: the room and what's left afterwards.
The room is ours (and yours)
- The guest opens the link and joins from the browser: nothing to install, no account to create.
- The link carries your domain (
app.yourcompany.com/meet/…) with your logo, name and colors. The guest sees your brand, not ours. - No custom domain yet? The link simply uses Napsix's canonical domain.
The minutes write themselves
A notary joins the meeting silently and transcribes it. When the call ends, AI builds the minutes: a summary for whoever wasn't there, decisions, commitments (with owner and due date), next steps and a commercial read of the call.
- Stored with the booking, linked straight from the calendar event.
- Prefer doing it yourself? Paste the transcript and generate them anyway.
- The meeting also drives the pipeline: the deal is created at booking time and moves itself when the closer marks the outcome (attended / no-show).
Reminders and measurement
- Email reminders 24 h and 1 h before (WhatsApp once your account has it enabled).
- Campaigns: every response stores its source (UTM) — now visible in the detail view and downloadable in the CSV, along with the contacts and deals export.
Google Calendar (optional)
If a closer connects Google, their personal events block availability and the meeting mirrors into their calendar (shows up on their phone). It's a calendar add-on: the video is always Napsix.
Try booking from any reservation form: pick the meeting type, pick a slot, and everything else travels on its own.
