Benefits & Referral Program Terms

1. How it works
Every Napsix account gets a shareable personal code. When someone creates a new account using your code, they may receive a welcome benefit (credits to use the platform or a discount), and you may receive credits in your account once that referral is validated.
2. Valid referral
A referral is considered valid when: (a) the email is verified; (b) it belongs to a person/company different from the referrer (no self-referral); (c) it completed a minimum activation action within the first 7 days (set up an integration or use an agent); and (d) the account stays active for at least 7 days after signup.
3. Rewards
Referral rewards are granted as credits added to your account wallet. Credits are used to consume platform features, have no cash value, and are not transferable or redeemable for money. Partner benefits (discounts) are applied at checkout.
4. Limits and anti-fraud
Napsix may limit the number of rewarded referrals per account, delay or manually review rewards, and void benefits obtained through abusive practices (fake accounts, aliases, automation, referral farms, etc.). A single welcome code may be redeemed once per account per lifetime.
5. Modification and cancellation
The program is promotional and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. Benefit amounts and criteria may change. These terms complement the general Napsix Terms and Privacy Policy.
