A Slack channel notifies you. A room answers you.
The difference is not the chat. It is who gets to speak in it.

Three kinds of member, one conversation.
People
Your team, with roles: owner, editor, commenter or viewer. Reactions, pinned messages, threads and internal notes the client never sees.
Agents
Invite as many as you want and decide when they speak: never, when mentioned, on certain words, or always. Each can run its own model.
Apps
Tiendanube, Gmail, HubSpot, WhatsApp. Mention them and they answer, or they post on their own when something you care about happens: a new order, a payment, a form.
You mention things, not just people.
Beyond people, agents and apps, you can pull a contact, a deal, a document, a task or another room into the thread. Whoever joins later understands what this is about without asking.
- A contact or a deal from the CRM
- A document, a sheet or a dashboard
- A task from a project
- Another room, to link two conversations
Four agents in a room do not talk over each other.
Each agent has a hop limit per conversation, so they never loop replying to one another. You decide who speaks when, and everything that runs is auditable.
When each one speaks
Never · when mentioned · on certain words · always.
No loops
A hop limit per conversation cuts the back-and-forth between agents.
Who pays
The room owner pays for the AI compute. Free models are always available.
What ran
Every agent or app action is logged, with who triggered it.
