How to get started with XIA
on your Tiendanube.
The whole process, in detail, so you know exactly what to expect.
Install the app
Search for “XIA by Napsix” in the Tiendanube App Store (or use the button on this page). It starts the official install flow with your store session already signed in.
Approve the permissions
XIA asks for the permissions it needs to run your store: catalog, orders, customers, coupons, content, notifications, storefront scripts, fulfilment, inventory and manual orders. It is OAuth — no API keys to generate, no technical setup to touch.
Create your Napsix account (or sign in)
When the connection finishes, the Napsix sign-up opens. You create your account or sign in, and your store is linked instantly.
Create your operating agent
In the dashboard you create your agent from the “E-commerce Manager” preset — already configured for Tiendanube. No instructions to write, nothing to configure.
Write your first command
Ask XIA in plain language and it executes. For example:

Is installing the app free?
Yes. It installs free from the Tiendanube App Store and you can use it on the Free plan, no card required. If you want more capacity (several stores, scheduled tasks, MCP server) you move to a paid plan. Tiendanube charges nothing; Napsix bills separately.
How long does setup take?
Two minutes. Install from the App Store, approve the permissions, create your Napsix account or sign in, pick the “E-commerce Manager” preset, and you are running. No API keys or webhooks to wire by hand.
Which countries does it work in?
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. The agent detects your Tiendanube or Nuvemshop store's country and replies in the local language (neutral Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese).
Can I connect more than one store?
Yes. A single Napsix account can connect several Tiendanube stores in parallel. If you sell in AR, BR and MX, you run all three from the same agent. A “primary store” switch decides which one is used when you do not specify.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
When you uninstall XIA from the Tiendanube admin we get the notification automatically and revoke access in under a minute. We mark the connection inactive and delete all associated data within 30 days at most. You can request immediate deletion at privacy@napsix.ai.
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. Your buyers' personal data is processed by Napsix strictly as a data processor, following your instructions. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. We comply with GDPR, LGPD (Brazil), Law 25.326 (Argentina), LFPDPPP (Mexico), Law 1581 (Colombia) and Law 19.628 (Chile).
Can I connect XIA to Claude Desktop or ChatGPT?
Yes, on Pro or above. You generate a token from the dashboard and register our MCP server in your compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT). The Tiendanube actions become available there directly.
What if I find a bug or want to request something?
Email german@napsix.ai with the subject “Tiendanube”, or use the feedback option inside the dashboard. We reply within 24 business hours. Requests go onto the public roadmap and you can vote on what matters most to you.
